Please bring as many books as you can gather. Books may be dropped off at Books Between Friends (#14, 3434- 34 Ave. NE Calgary) Mondays- Saturdays, from 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM, beginning now, or bring them with you when you attend the sale itself. Books must be in bags, boxes or totes, (which can not be returned); no loose books, please. Drop-off is at the warehouse door only, #14, at the back of the building. Popular authors and series include (but are certainly not limited to) books by Lee Child, Diana Gabaldon, George Martin, Steven King, David Baldacci, Louise Penny, and JK Rowling's Harry Potter series. BOOKS NOT ACCEPTED: foreign language, encyclopedias, Harlequins, Readers Digest Fiction, coffee table books, magazines, library discards, text books, CDs and VHS tapes.

This will be luncheon and fashion show featuring OES models, local vendors, a 50/50 draw, door prizes, a Chinese auction and a wonderful opportunity to bring family and friends for a fun and social event.
Lunch: BBQ beef on a bun, assorted salads, dessert and beverage. Gluten free and vegetarian available.
Tickets: $15.00 from local chapters or Jackie at 403-230-0829 and reserve your ticket. Please purchase or order your ticket in advance as there will be limited tickets
available at the door.
Your committee is on the hunt for models for our show, no experience necessary, all shapes and sizes welcome.
We would love to have 2-3 ladies from each Chapter to show the clothing and accessories supplied by our
vendors. Call the above number if you would like to walk the catwalk for “Fun and Star.”
We are also looking for donated items for our Chinese Auction. Items must be new and in original packaging if
possible, to be included in the baskets the committee is making for the draw. Bring them to Chapter or call and
we will come and get them. Almost anything and everything will do.
This year the luncheon will feature, BBQ beef on a bun, assorted salads, dessert and beverage. We will also be
accommodating those with gluten free concerns and vegetarians.
